Im going to be doing the new Joel Marion split routine
Wanted to bounce off my diet, see what people think.
currently 140lbs (up from 118 last summer) so needless to say im trying to bulk cleanly.
heres the plan thus far. For the record ive been following a similar plan for a while. Like i said, just looking for suggestions/opinions, and critiques
wake up, AM training
1/2 Surge during, 4 BCAA caps, 5g Biotest creatine, TRIBEX
breakfast
30-45 min after training
shake
1 cup yogurt
Biotest Superfood
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup dry oats
1 scoop Metabolic Drive
snack
tuna sandwich on whole wheat
apple
lunch
6oz ground turkey/beef
1 cup cooked quinoa
spinach salad
3x fish oils
snack
shake
1 cup yogurt
1.5 scoop Metabolic Drive
1 tablespoon coconut
1 tablespoon almond butter
dinner
2-3 omega3 egg omelette (yolks separated, and eaten raw)
1/2 avocado
1oz goat cheese
spinach
3x fish oils
pre bed
3/4 cup cottage cheese
1 scoop Metabolic Drive
1 tablespoon almond butter
handful whole raw almonds
serving of greens plus
How does this look? anything that i should be adding or taking away? im basing all of my choices around P+F or P+C (post workout)
workouts are 4 days on, 1 day off, then repeat cycle.
