Hello, this is my first post here and I am hoping I can get some input from everyone’s experience here.
I am looking for a good source of information on proper dieting and exercise routines. There is so much out there and so much of the information I am finding is sometimes contradicting and no where near comprehensive. If anyone has some suggestions for sources of information on these topics I would be greatly appreciative.
Just trying to get healthy and stay that way. Knowledge is power as long as it is good information and I felt this would be a good place ask. Thanks in advance for any input!
PS: Have been using HOT-ROX and am going to try Red Bands next.
This will intail MUCH reading on your part and then you can come on back with questions so we can all help the now better informed you.
The training part I will keep simple. Really any and all of the routines here will work for any person at any givin time. They are all written by top notch coaches. I suggest simply lookng over them, find one that interest you and follow it to a T.
OK diet. I have a list of links and such that I used on another such thread and happened to save it.
Read all this stuff and you should have a firm grasp on many of the principles that most of us follow.

Read up on these, as well as anything eles by LL (Lonnie Lowery) and JB (John Berardi) and come on back with some more specific ?'s and an understanding that EVERY aspect of your nutrition and training will be individaul to YOU. In other words what works Great for me or another may down right BLOW for you.
