Diet Advice for My Second Bodybuilding Show

Whats up guys and ladies. I am gearing up for my 2nd bodybuilding show in July. When I did my first show I posted the pictures and got some good criticism that I have been working on. My first show I started out around 215lbs and 15% bf. I was 185 on stage but I dont think my diet was all that great because I was still carrying some extra weight around the belly.

This time however I am heavier and leaner. I am 223 lbs and around 10% bf (just got it measured with calipers earlier in the week). So I was wondering if some of the guys on here who have done shows could possibly assist and give me some advice in dieting for this show.

Constructive criticism is definitely welcome.

What’s your plan looking like? Split? Straight deficit or cyclical diet? daily breakdowns?
