Did I Pull My Ass

Not sure where to post this but I’m pretty sure I pulled my left glute. When I get up from sitting or squatting I can feel a soreness in my left glute. Walking, hiking, stairs, and boxes all feel fine its just when I get up from sitting I can really feel it. Did I actually pull something and if so what do you guys suggest to fix my ass?
