I’m thinking of making it a randomizer sorta thing. Where i roll dice to pick a workout and a rep range. I wanna make it so if i wanted to i could workout at whatever frequency at still have things being changed up enough to stave off burning out.
The Rules
- Cannot have back to back workouts with the same rep ranges.
- If i work out twice in one day, the second workout has to be different than the first.
My main goal is to get stronger overall.So what do you guys think?
