Crunches
Flat Bench Press
Bent-over Barbell Row
Db Seated Shoulder Press
Supinated Grip Wide Lat Pulldowns
Tricep Pushdowns
Preacher Curls
Squats
Split Squats
Calve Raises

Workout 2
Ab Wheel w/bbell and weight
Db Presses
One Arm Db
Press Lateral
Pronated Grip Narrow Lat Pulldowns
BTN Tricep Extension
Seated Db Curls
Single Leg Squats
RLDL
Lunges
Calve Raises

Rep Ranges

  1. 1-3x5sets
    2.6-10x4sets
    3.12-15x3sets

I’m thinking of making it a randomizer sorta thing. Where i roll dice to pick a workout and a rep range. I wanna make it so if i wanted to i could workout at whatever frequency at still have things being changed up enough to stave off burning out.

The Rules

  1. Cannot have back to back workouts with the same rep ranges.
  2. If i work out twice in one day, the second workout has to be different than the first.

My main goal is to get stronger overall.So what do you guys think?
