I am glad to see @blshaw was able to address the squat position issue. That is going to go far in helping here.
Here is what I would do in your situation: I’d either buy, read and follow Dan John’s “Mass Made Simple” book OR the Tactical Barbell Mass Protocol book. These are both available on kindle, and they’re both cheaper than whatever you were going to pay for D-bol, so you can buy them today and get started asap.
In the case of Dan John’s book, I’d highly consider starting with his introductory squat course first, and then go to the actual “Mass Made Simple” workout in the book. In the case of Tactical Barbell, I would do the base building program first, then move on to general mass.
In the case of Tactical Barbell, it will tell you EXACTLY how much to eat, and what macros to get there. In the case of Mass Made Simple, it will be far more general in it’s approach, leaning heavily on Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwiches as a means to gain weight. Both methods work.
Mass Made Simple is only a 6-7 week program, so you’d want to come up with something to do after that. Tactical Barbell gives you the tools to train for a much longer period of time. But MMS is more of a blitz to rapidly put on bodyweight, while the Mass Protocol is more a long term effort. In turn, if you were feeling REALLY gung ho, you could purchase both, start off with the Base Building out of Mass Protocol, then go to MMS for 6-7 weeks, then go to Mass Protocol.

If you lack motivation, get some Cardarine and any otc pre workout stimulator. Get on FB marketplace or craigslist and look for weights like dumbells and a small bench, people give that stuff away. Eat and lift. If you play video games, pause every few minutes and do some curls or presses. Don’t mess with your hormones at your age.
