Do you know how to perform the barbell squat, bench press, deadlift and press overhead?

Dbol will make you look bigger…. For about as long as you continue taking it… and then you’ll lose about 60% of what you “gain” as most of those gains come from intracellular water/glycogen retention
You’re young. Newby gains will 10x better than a little Dbol and “meh” diet/exercise.
I know where you coming from but you are risking health for transient gains (mostly bloat) that WILL disappear without proper nutrition and exercise.
You might feel more motivated while “on” but then what? It will all go poof when you’re done. You can/will/possibly ding your liver, natural test production, cardiovascular system, etc, etc. So you’ll come out WORSE in the long run without a foundation being built first.
There is no metabolic free lunch. Taking 10 grams creatine daily, hitting protein/kcal goals AND training consistently WILL get you where you want faster and healthier.

You need to be eating enough good foods and protien to build muscle.
Start a training and diet log on here in the trainin glog section. Log daily wehat your eating and any training you do. More than enough folks here to help but you need to put the work in. There is nothing fast about this process even with drugs unless you are in the 1% with superior genetics.
I can, IF he answers the questions I asked him earlier. It’s frustrating playing the game where I suggest something only to find out they don’t have the required equipment or know how to execute the movements, so I try to head that off at the start.

Yes I do have access to a weight room, I do know how to do bench, deadlift and overhead press but barbell squat is difficult because I am so skinny the bar hurts me when I put it on my neck, Also whats the ideal sets and reps
You don’t out the bar on your neck. Squeeze your shoulders together before loading and place bar across your back/traps just behind the neck.

No problem. Just remember with this exercise especially, form first. Don’t go to heavy. Work on depth and hip/ankle mobility to achieve proper depth before advancing weight.
