First Test Cycle Help

i am 18
height: 6.0
weight: 160
target weight: 180-190
body fat: 8%
i have been lifting for 3-4 years, i work out every other day as well as boxing 3 times a week.i have been doing research on testosterone cycles, pct,and the use of other AAS and their side effects for about a year. i told my doctor and he said he wanted to monitor me and do blood work before and after my cycle.
diet
:8am: breakfast: glass of whole milk, ounce of almonds and two granola bars
1cup oatmeal,5 egg whites,

1030am: 1.5cups brown rice or 2 baked potatos, 12oz chicken breast, pint of whole milk and a salad, 1 tsp olive oil
1pm: 1.5cups brown rice or 2 baked potatos, 12oz chicken breast, pint of whole milk and a salad, 1 tsp olive oil
snack: 1 mass gainer shake, 1 tbls peanut butter, greek yogurt. omega 3
330pm: 12 ounce top sirloin, 1cup mashed potatoes with gravy, and pint of milk,vegetables
6pm: 12 ounce top sirloin, 1cup mashed potatoes with gravy, and pint of milk, vegetables, 1 tsp olive oil
830pm:12 ounce sirloin fish,vegetables, 1tsp olive oil
before bed: 1 mass gainer shake, 1 tblsp peanut butter,greek yogurt and melatonin.
training
monday: boxing
tuesday: chest,neck
wednesday: boxing
thursday: bi/triceps
friday: boxing
saturday: back,shoulders
sunday: legs
i plan on running test cyp at 250-500mg a week for a 10 week cycle with an AI
pct: Week 1: Clomid 50mg/ed & Nolva 40mg/ed
Week 2-6: Clomid 25mg/ed & Nolva 20mg/ed
and i will have HCG on hand in case i need it
please dont treat me like an idiot because i am 18 or try to scare me away from it,i know the risks of what i am doing and i am just looking for some experienced users to talk to.

Sorry if this seems condescending I am trying to give honest feedback.

Eat food. Lots of food. Though possible, I doubt you’re fully developed. You don’t need steroids. Also, I don’t know what 20z of steak is; Instead of listing your entire menu of food - a breakdown of macros and total cal intake is sufficient to give most people a good idea.

How does one train their neck? I assume you’re talking about traps? I dont know anyone who targets their sternocleidomastoid tissues.

What’s it going to be? 250mg or 500mg?

What AI and why?

I agree. I think if you are going to do steroids, whatever age it may be, you should know how to properly assess yourself and prepare for any issues that may arise during a cycle. Let’s face it - people will do them anyway.

However, from your post I can tell you’re not as educated on the subject as you presume to be. You can SERIOUSLY fuck your system up if you don’t know what you’re doing.

I’m 25 and just started my FIRST cycle. I did some screwball cycles when i was younger thinking I knew everything because I read you take nolva afterward and everything is hunky-dory. Well it doesn’t work that way. You need to know why you are taking these substances - where and how they react in your body.

Your subject topic said “help.” I don’t see any questions here. I think that is you just second guessing yourself. If you’ve been researching roids for a year you should well know what you’re getting into.

Take the time to understand why and how all these substances work.
Come back, show us you did your homework and everybody will say:

“You’re too young, but at least you know what you’re doing.”

As for the board, there are Novices to Pros - Non-Users to Lifetime Users. We’re all here for the same reasons and love to talk about it. If you have questions we would rather you ask BEFORE than come running back later with bitch tits post-cycle because you didn’t run an AI.

hahaha i do mean my neck not traps,there re a phew machines in my gym that target the neck specifically as well as this wired cap you put on your head that you hang plates off of. like you i have also done a phew screwball cycles(PH not real gear)when i was 16 and 17 and i recovered from those no problem(got bloodwork and everything)i used to be 6 foot and 120 lbs but thanks to superdrol and DMZ im not there any more.

i said 250-500mg beacuse i have talked to other people about this and some say you need at least 500mg to make any real diffrence while other say 250 is plenty for your first cycle so im not quite sure witch one i am going with but prob 250mg, for AI i will go with formeron because i have used it in the past and love it,as for HCG i know it is on cycle but not sure if i am going to use it,

6’0 160lbs??? Are you serious? After a superdrol cycle? You’re a twig bro. You need to learn how to eat, and stop looking for a short cut to size. I highly doubt you are eating that much food if you are 160lbs.

You want to gain size, but it seems like you are over training. I would take a look at your diet and training before even considering this. Your doctor is also a moron if he is okay with you doing this. I can tell you right now you are an idiot. Because thats exactly what you are. I was your size when I was 18. And two years later I got to 190lbs naturally. With no gear. Put in the work like everybody else does and educate yourself.

Squidge is 100℅ right mate. I was 21 when I did my first dbol cycle, had been training since I was 18 and I still wasn’t anywhere near ready for aas’s. I am now 28 and last year was the first year since then that I have run any compounds. This year I’m looking at my first test cycle so I am nowhere near a guru on this stuff but just looking at your diet training regime I can see problems. So you need to sort that before considering anything else.

You need to eat and take your supplements, sleep and train like a motherfucker. your 160 lbs mate, you have an awful lot of growing to do. If your not gaining weight naturally at your ageyour doing something wrong, fact. Research is key, from what your eating to what exercises and sets your doing. Once you know all the parameters you will see results. Its a learning curve, even the pros are still learning.
