Hi im 20 year old and I’ve been diagnosed with a variocole in my right scrotum.I’m confused weather to go for an immobilization or a surgery.I want to do a lot of gym and I’M eager to get in the special forces of army for which ill have to train hard, so if anyone can help please tell me what will be the right thing to do??please help me guys im totally freaked out by this problem…

i have very little facial hair…my pubic hair is good in amount and i experience a lot of anxiety and restlessness…i want to get rid of this built a six packs and be a special force man…and i’m too young to be infertile so if anyone who has had a surgery… or any one who can help please suggest me what i can do…looking forward asap before my training in army begins in 15 days time!!
