Have any of you had gynecomastia during puberty and did it go away after?
This is really pissing me off because after these months of lifting I’m finally starting to have noticeable chest muscles but they’re marred by these goddamn lumps. (Size of a small egg)
Would REZ-V help with this?
Since I’m 18 and almost done puberty will surgery be my only option?
Are you smoking marijuana? Because THC is a weak estrogen.
It’s likely to go away, but for now, you have to either lose fat or understand that high eostrogens (estrone) in man can only come from increased testosterone in the first place, so you could train like crazy with the benefit of high T for now, but eventually T levels will fall and so will esotrogens level do, and gynecomastia will disapear.
Alcolol does too - much more than pot, but yes in your case surgery is your only option.
There is no drug on the planet that will remove lumps of that size.
You will be able to get that surgery under insurance or in the UK on the NHS as you are naturally growing them and also they are a “large” negative in your life -causing depression and what - not AREN’T THEY?!.

The doctors I know would most likely send you to a psychiatrist to help with your ‘depression’ before even dreaming about looking at surgery. <=/

It sucks definitely but it’s not enough to make me depressed.
I could just tell the doctor it’s causing depression if that’s the only way to destroy it.
I don’t drink often, since I found out about its anti-testosterone qualities.
just wondering if any one could give any advice ive just turned 17 and have had bitch tits for as long as i can remember im 208 lbs with roughly 15 % body fat so not really fat. I have stupidly taken Alpha Male for a month when I was nearly 16 hoping it would get rid of them. Have just started taking animal pack which is supposed to just be a multi vit not test booster but my nips seem more saw then normal

Hate to tell you but surgery is probably your only option. I got it too when I hit puberty. My chest was flat as a board and I grew these very very painful walnut size lumps. I then started working out and as the years went on I seemed to hold a disproportionate amount of fat around my lower pecs. So the lumps kind of blended in and arent noticeable, and my pecs look kind of bulbous or bottom heavy like I do a lot of flat benching, which I don’t. When I stay really lean not it’s not too noticeable, which forces me to stay in single digit body fat most of the time. And stangely when my nipples are hard lol it doesnt look like there’s anything wrong at all. I tried every type of anti estrogen prootcol under the sun. They work do a degree but not to my total satisfaction, which means I’ll probably opt for surgery some day. Try the anti estrogens and stay low on body fat. I also kill my self on incline work to create a better illusion. If you’re still not satisfied after trying all that then it’s surgery.

are anti eastrogens ok to take at 17 ?
whats the worst that could happen[/quote]
Not qualified to tell you what’s the worst that can happen but at 17 I wouldn’t take prescription type anti estrogens or the over the counter ones for that matter that are “drug like”, ie., have a chemical structure to them like 6oxo for example. Try herbs like vitex and stuff like DIM and cruciferous vegetables like broccoli and lots of fiber for now and see how that goes. Very iomportant to keep bodyfat low too. The combo of very low bodyfat and the fiber and cruciferous veggies work well for me.

I know exactly what you mean when you say ‘bottom heavy pecs’ and how when it’s cold out they look normal. It’s the same for me.
I already eat many cruciferous vegetables, my bodyfat could be lower but I’m trying to get as much muscle as possible before I lose the fat since I started as a skinny kid.
I’ll look into surgery if it’s still evident in my early 20s.
Went to docs today he didnt seem to know much about it instead took this piss- bastard paki docters asked him if theres any treatment he just said no and refffered me to a surgeon this sound right ?

Same for me.
I’m on the lower end of 11-14% BF…yeh…it sucks…maybe if I was leaner it would be better…I dunno…but it sucks. I’m 19, and lately have been contemplating ways to come up with surgery money or even how to approach my parents about it. I would feel so much better without it, unfortunately I am in school and justifying spending that much money would be hard…but I’m sure once the problem was fixed I’d forget all about the expense.
