I never pull double over or with straps so I decided to mess around with it and try to bring up my double over pull. I was also to fat for my built so I just left it unlatched and eventually took it off.

Last training day before contest next Saturday. Put on around 50lbs this last 6 months so we will see how well my body handles the contest. It has been a little over a 18 months since I have done any strongman contests I currently feel like shit, I hope this deload week fixes 6 months of shitty diet and training.
