Well I decided to start a log a month earlier than I planned.
Normally take December off to relax and do fullbody work, but screw that. i am gonna track my run to competing at the Ontario Strongestman in 2012, 2011 could be done but well I am taking this year to build so I can make top ten.
Weighed in at 276 on sat. December 4th, so starting there.

Looking at remodelling my diet for the new year. Grabbed some of Shelby Starnes e-books and am going to try my own attempt at using his works to cut some weight. We’ll see where it gets me.

The training seminar went really well. Jordan, Paul, and Sarah each had excellent coaching points for all of us and in a pretty no nonsense manner gave us all points to work on in our form. Definitely worth it to finally have someone look at my technique and tell me where to improve.

Leg press thing for 2x10 with 6 and a half plates a side to feel good.

My squats may have been low for me but I focused on the form tips I got from Paul and damn if my problems didn’t start to disappear. No knees caving in, no depth issues, just solid reps.
