How’s Josh’s lifting going??

Thats some solid squatting. I couldn’t stay upright like that for the life of me with heavy loads. I blame it on the long femurs…

Hit a fairly solid 140kg x 6 today. If he does the January meet like he plans, I imagine he’ll squat ~180kg.

Well I mean you don’t turn it into a good morning at all. Your back seems to stay at about the same angle where mine doesnt.

I think in general its the power beard

I can’t tell if I’m gaining quality muscle/fat weight, or if my beard is just growing a lot.

~120,000 foot jump from Felix is finally a go-ahead.

If you’ve never gone skydiving, go do it. If I’m over 220 lbs by next summer I’ll be cutting down just so I can go get my sky diving license.

Ryan P mentioned that you train sheiko or sheiko’ish, but wasn’t sure if you still kept up your log. Do you (I suppose it’s just as easy for me to go check lol)?

I’ll be heading back in that direction in ~1.5 weeks.

I will be going back shortly just because of the meet im not sure how long my body will take to not be so much of a bitch and allow me to train properly
