I think milk was giving me spots I was drinking that much of it. They seem to have calmed down a bit since the switch
Exactly some people just have shit leg genes this is why I’m asking the question. Squatting isn’t cutting the shape enough. This is not some quick fix in after, I’ve been training for 3 years maybe a bit longer. When I started I weighed 9 stone piss wet through. I’ve got some time under the bar and in the gym. I get the eating to gain size thing and I probably should be getting more protein, well maybe. My weight seems to go up doing what I am now, and when I have loads more protein throughout the day I’m shitting a lot so that’s not ideal is it. Thanks for the replies and anymore to come …
