Reason is some things are never good enough for some people I did take a look at those links though. My diet and supplementation ie whey protein powder and other goodies. They’ll say well eat more which I’ve tried. I’ve tried a bunch of things minus a real break but whatever only time and experimentation will tell

Why bother making a post asking for input if youre mind is already made up then? Overtraining is very hard to reach and you likely do not need all that time off, but there is no point in my going any further since youre going to do what youre going to do. Hope it works out for you.
