Hello all,
I could swear I’ve seen a nice table of different fitness qualities and/or strength types against the 1) rate of loss of those qualities and 2) recommendations of work needed to maintain those qualities/strengths.
For example, aerobic fitness degrades very quickly. Strength maintenance is recommended at 2 full-body workouts per week. Etc. etc. I need the darn table.
Anyone know where I might have seen this? I’ve looked through NSCA Essentials book, Siff’s book, and I’ve searched T-Nation.
