Deployment Devotion

Getting deployed to Iraq early May. I’m gonna use the upcoming months to do nothing but go to work, go to the chow hall, go to the gym, go to sleep and then do it all over again. Here’s the bottomline:

Current:
Weight: 160
BF: about 15%

Goal:
Weight: 170-175
BF: around 10%

Fuck everything else. Id put down goals on what I want to lift but lets face it, I’m here for the looks. Entirely vanity reasons folks. If I can look like I can press 300 but only do 100 rather than actually be able lift 300 and only look like you can do 100, I will take it. I’m thinking about actually dropping $345 to get this Anaconda Protocol shit but I’ve done some math:

Ok, 3 scoops of Anaconda and 2 scoops of MAG-10 to for everytime you’re gonna touch the iron. There is 25 scoops of Anaconda and 30 scoops of MAG-10 in every container. That is roughly 8 uses of Anaconda and 15 uses of MAG-10 per container. So if I lift 5 days a week that Anaconda is not even gonna last 1.5 weeks of use and barely 2 weeks for the MAG-10. Come on guys, at least make the servings adjusted evenly for the servings the Anaconda Protocol is meant for. Riciculous. Im gonna have to sneek the money somehow for this shit cause I wont be able to justifiy to my wife for pratically $350 for supplements. We will see though. Regardless, I am going to implement the Perfect Rep technique whether taking Biotest supps or not. Personally I’m a fan of Optimum Nutrition. I might get crucified here for speaking my mind on this but this MY training log so kiss my ass.

One last note and this is just me bitching here, I did buy the ORIGINAL MAG-10 back in Nov 03. Fucking 100 bucks for 2 bottles. Well guess what: I just started lifting and I want to get my body used to it before taking the stuff and then in Feb 04 the Air Force made it illegal to use it thanks to fucktards like Mark McGwire, Sammy Sosa, and good ol Prez Bush for signing the document illegilizing the use of androstene. I never got to feel the effects of that.


Damn it has been a while. Well so much for me putting up pics once a week, ha ha. The damn filter on the computer network on the base here in Iraq won’t let me get on to tmuscle. Says it’s in the category of “sex education”. Really?

Ok, I am not gaining weight I thought I would. I haven’t bought any Anaconda Protocol and to be honest I don’t think I will. I’m doing about a 5 day split but I’m being very flexible. If a day comes and I feel like my body is telling me I need rest then I rest. I’ve been talking to some of the older guys that used to compete and have some wisdom especially in the regards of lifting smarter as you age. I am finally seeing that the “Less is More” really stands up. High intensity and more rest. Of course here in Iraq there is NOTHING to do but go to work, go eat at the chow hall, and go the to the gym. So here’s some progress pics folks. Oh yeah, not much of a gain in weight but I have been getting A LOT stronger. Only able to do this now since it’s my one day off for this week. 12 hour days, 6 days a week. Gotta love it.
