Hi, I have this huge ass dent in my quad and it’s driving me insane. I am going to post a pic, you will see how uneven my legs are (I had jumpers knee in the right for like 8 years, got it under control and started to even them out, but pulled my hammy doing the splits like an ass, and now they’re a mess again so no hate)
But the quad indent is a mystery. I have used some pretty awful Test Prop before that swoll up for days and it lines up perfectly with where I used to pin it often, but that just doesn’t seem possible
I actually just injected 1.5 mL of test into the dent so it doesnt look as bad but if you’re not convinced I can find some hideous pics. Ok my pic of the right leg didnt upload thats just great, but u can kind of see its weak looking as F, and there is a dent that ur finger could lay in pretty well. Sry for the soft porn >_<
yeah the thread blows the image up and blurs it, the thumbnail makes it striking though
the dent is a HORIZONTAL strip that passes through the lateral head 2.5-3 inches from the bottom of the muscle insertion. A bit less than half an inch in depth
To see it clearly, zoom the page out as far as you can and tilt your head 90 degrees to the left

Could you post more pics and draw attention to it? I honestly can’t even see what you mean.
Quad development looks really good by the way.
And I doubt your pin had anything to do with it unless you had to have an abcess removed[/quote]
Could it be from excessive ‘dragging’ from slow jabs? When I first started pinning my quads I was a nervous-nelly and had a bad habit of stabbing slowly and unsteadily
