Delta Skelter... Shoulder Help!

I’ve recently hit a wall with my military press. Can’t go up in weight or reps. I’m a little reluctant to remove the staple from my routine since it’s a compound and I’m an ecto. I’ve tried lower weight with higher reps and heavy weight in the 3 rep range with no success.

I started doing wide pulls for shoulders and loved the pump my delts and traps got, but after my 3rd week I started getting shoulder pain. Is there any other exercises for shoulders besides barbell and DB presses? Should I switch to dumbbells for awhile and stop military press? If so which DB exercises will help? Are there any special techniques to blast shoulders?
