Deload after two heavy weeks?

I have been doing a workout from Metroflex Poweerbuilding Basics and I have had phenomenal progress after the first two weeks. 3RM on the Deadlift and Bench Press up 10 KG (22 lbs) and 5RM on the Squat up 12 KG. Today I tried the bench Press and I could barely get one rep with my 3RM from last week. I am wondering if it would be beneficial to take this week as a deload and try to increase the weight next week. It was weird because my diet has been the same and I have been getting about 10 hours of sleep a night. Anyways if any of you guys have any opinion on this it would be excellent to hear from you.
