Should I always squat as deep as possible?
When you bench press, do you go all the way down or halfway?
That would depend on how long your legs are. If you’re tall enough; that’s nearly impossible. Also, over time with quite heavy weight, continual deep squats will wear on your knees.
I usually do a pyramid where the reps lower and weights rise (20,15,10,8,6,4,2) with an almost ass to grass squat, then later in the routine I do full deep squats with a moderate weight and moderate volume, so as to not tax my knees too much.
Just use your head.
I’m 5’11" and I always squat ass to grass.
What do you hope to accomplish with squatting?
…Please tell me you do know the benefits of squatting. Don’t scare me like that.

Yes, of course. The purpose is toning.
With that in mind, different types of squats in different rep ranges will be optimal depending on your various goals, flexibility levels, injury history, etc.
That being said, squats should always be done to parallel. If you can’t without pain, try to learn how by reading and whatnot.
