I’ve got a minor tendon issue at the moment, although I’ve been advised to keep active and to use something such as Deep Heat pre workout in order to improve blood supply and warm up the area.
My question is, which Deep Heat is best to use out of gel and spray (specifically for workouts, if that makes any difference), as I’ve got both at my house. They both seem to work the same way, so I don’t even know the difference between the two and why there are in fact a gel and spray version.
