This is a slippery slope. Lotta cals for not much food. Could easily be 600-700cals or more with 4 slices of bread and 2 servings of PB.

had my bloods done today as part of diabetic review. My blood pressure was normal ,I do take meds though. Resting pulse 65.
hopefully hb1ac will have improved too .

I think he needs to work on pre planning a little better so he has the right things to eat when he needs them.
