How many loaves of bread do you go through in a week?

about 2 . But they are small loaves.

bought ashwaganda.Might clear it with my doctor first.
It is meant reduce anxiety and stress thereby boosting testosterone a little.

Couldn’t find pomegranate juice . I will get that again.

What’s the difference between a cheat and a bad decision? I feel like you had a few of the latter.

I think crisps are a particularly bad food, whereas quiche is middling.

I feel as though subdividing degrees of dietary indiscretions may be working against an aggressive weight loss goal

This is a slippery slope. Lotta cals for not much food. Could easily be 600-700cals or more with 4 slices of bread and 2 servings of PB.

thanks I will just throw it out. I was going to finish it but I will give it my mother.

had my bloods done today as part of diabetic review. My blood pressure was normal ,I do take meds though. Resting pulse 65.

hopefully hb1ac will have improved too .

Hey this sounds familiar, haha. But at least it was received better from you.

I’ll give him credit. He’s being truthful with what he is eating.
I think he needs to work on pre planning a little better so he has the right things to eat when he needs them.
