Failed on black X5 got around 100.
Will use again. I blame my short arms lol.
Not used in at least a year. So I may marginally better.
Failed the Arnold challenge again lol.
Started walking.

I have been doing largely ok the past few days. Diet is getting back on track. Hit some PBs on twister and bands.
Got my step count back. Should be 10,000 today.
Been shopping for food.
I don’t write everything down now. I cheat a little bit .
Going to do chinups and band presses and curls now

Cut rest periods down a bit did extra 4 with green and purple
Bit tired after yesterday’s PB. Bit like a drop set of 5 or 6 in the deadlift.
Band presses added a thin yellow band to red and blue. Needed to front squat bands up to pressing position. Just about made lift but not very pretty.

Hit a big PB the day before yesterday.
I didn’t walk as much as I should have today. I get plantar fascitis ,if I walk too much.
Getting a little leaner. Flexing lats.

Managed two wide legged one arm pushups yesterday after 10 strict two arms.
Couldn’t do that before the weight loss.
Getting back on track now.

Eaten very badly but lost small amount of weight.

Any updates?
Roughly maintained weight. Got a lot of stress at the moment. Will lose another 2 stone .hit 16 stone for day. Still gotta be it for long haul too .
Back in gym last week .

Been back to the gym over the last month . I have been working on my dumbbell clean and press. I am roughly 18 stone still.
