So I trained yesterday and felt stupid and terribly weak! I know it is just a mind game really though.
here’s how it went.
Push ups: 12, 10
dips: 6, 8, 6
chin ups: 4, 3
Incline Bench: 95x 6, 6 105x 5, 4
Bench: 115x 5, 5, 135x2, 2
seated DB OHP: 35x 8, 8, 40x 6, 5
Felt really weak and out of it.
My bench form was greatly affected because I cannot place my feet like I normally would, and cannot ground myself into the floor due to my weak knee and the fact that I cannot bend it very much.
Today I think I will attempt some BB style back/bi work. We shall see how that goes.
There is a Bench Press competition on post coming up soon in April I believe. I still really want to compete in it, so hopefully I can get my form figured out in a manner that works with my faulty knee.
I’ve decided that I really want to be on the Indigo 3G train, so I have to figure out a feasible way to procure the magic substance that fits into my shitty financial budget.
