- Not feeling it today. Felt very weak and unmotivated. almost lethargic.
Have been snowed/iced in for two days and haven’t been to the gym!
I am thinking that I will have to go to work tomorrow though, so therefore I will be training. and I need it! Feeling LAZY!!!
