Lookin good man, your arms are massive. What’re they 29-30’s? :)
At least. I’d estimate closer to 50.

For srs though, I’ve actually never measured them.

Thanks for the compliment.
6’0 212 lbs. Not sure about bodyfat (never measured that either) but considerably higher than it was over the summer I’m sure.

I have no idea about maxes if you were wondering about that too. I don’t bench; it completely wrecked my shoulder. My method for progress for a long time was chasing numbers. Now I focus almost completely on MMC. My first few sets are heavy to keep some strength but the rest are anywhere from 8 - 20 reps. Concentrate on squeezing and pumping the muscle. I also mix in some slow negatives and static holds.

Underwear? That’s for amateurs.

That was more like a photo shoot SS.

Next time it will be at the beach in my thong. Some body paint will be involved as well.

Height and weight was what I was wondering about, I don’t really care about maxes… Unless we’re powerlifting.

Looking good. I would have guessed a lot heavier than 212 at 6’0 based on the pictures because you look really thick. That’s awesome.

I’ll play too.

^ that’s an amazing rack, I’ve never seen a natural one be so sturdy

in b4 her most likely super jacked husband who made the rack by hand kicks my ass

Nicely done.

uh, I’m waiting till feburary. Given all the crap lately I’m just glad I have regressed much (though my diet’s gotten iffy–but starting tonight it gets better damnit).

I’d say not bad for 40…
Damn, Pat. From what you’ve said about your back, you sounded like you were half crippled.

You look damn good, sir.

I have back issues too, but not like yours. Props for keeping on.

edit

6’1" 220…forgive the myspace style

You must have toothpicks for legs, then. You look like you must be over 230 if you are 6’. Those are some great beefy arms, man!

Nope, your legs aren’t toothpicks, either.

Pat, for all the problems you’ve had with your injury, you have kept a really nice frame and lean physique. Hope you can finally get all that fixed, I can only imagine what your full potential is.

Oh, and I second the nice beard compliment!

Cortes, ball-busting aside, you look phenomenal.

Do you stay that lean year-round?
