Yeah, your junk nearly took my eye out.
I get that all the time.
That’s due to you living in Japan.

Subscribin for the gainz from all you guys, impressive stuff.

I think I’ll wait til next call-out thread to post pics and such, I did recently have a very successful cut and got the leanest I’ve ever been though… can look to the left of this post, and see my hub for more photos.

Did not hold it for long but this was my first attempt at it with no training towards it. It then motivated me to try muscle up and was able to get 3 with the help of technique video on YouTube. It is amazing how weak you feel when you try such things as a human flag that seem easy. I could tell my core was very limiting to the body movement and even my lats. It’s hard regardless even for a smaller guy like myself.

Great pic!

Damn, imhungry, why don’t you post about training more often? Looks like you could teach some of us younger guys a thing or two!

Yeah imhungry could easily be named “Imhumble” and it wouldn’t be in jest or sarcastic.

He’s a big cat, so at least the tiger avatars are apt.

lol. smaller. I’m actually considering trying to do some damage at 181.
What are you now? I am hovering between 185-190 lbs…
He’s probably around the same as me hovering around 200. I can’t believe he’s going down to 181 though. I don’t think I could bring myself to do that.
I did it. I went from 208 to 182 couple years back. Of course, a lot had to do with my back breaking down and I decided I did not need to carry so much weight. Also, it started to compromise my lifting, so if I could not lift to maintain a muscular 208 I shouldn’t way 208… It was a pain in the ass. I did keep most of my strength in that process. I cut out DLs, and moved to single leg squats because I could no longer load my back; which was a big factor in my size at the time.
From aesthetics I look better at 185 than I did at 208.

That’s when I discovered that if you are big, show off your muscles, because if you don’t, you just look fat to a lot of people.

BTW Pat I never complimented you on the OP. You’re looking strong.
Grassy ass… I got more work to do, but I am improving.

Everybody so far has been looking good.

Had to make the same decision Pat, went from 240 down to 205 due to my back. I do not want to go through the surgeries you went through. I am okay if I never get the big DL and Squat again, I would much rather my dick work.

Yeah, I had topped out at 235-is, so I’m coming down a bit farther. But I’m doing it mostly for heart health so I’m not having a MI at 35.

For the record, my dick works…well.

Well I was screwed with my back, in the end I had no choice. I could only choose between having 1 surgery or 2. The complication I am having now was unforeseen. Dropping weight did not help me. I had bone spurs and bulging discs pinching the nerve. There’s only one way to fix that, unfortunately.

Stave it off as long as you can, of course. There is a caveat though, trying to gut through it to long could result in permanent nerve damage and you end up with shit like drop-foot. So know when to say when. My mom tried to gut through it and it ended up screwing up her hip so badly she had to get that fixed before her back.
Avoid the surgery if you can, don’t go so long you risk other problems. That’s all I am saying.

Haha, thanks for the kind words, guys.

I can’t believe I’m posting this pic but here goes.

My tendonitis is really rearing it’s ugly head in the last year. Factory work has taken it’s toll for sure. I rarely lift heavy because of the joint pain, if I told you folks how much weight I use you’d throw me out of here.

Glucosomine has really helped in the last couple months and thanks to a tip from DJ regarding zercher squats to help my severe knee pain. They sound horrible when I make any type of lunging movement. Squats is pretty much it for now.

Don’t do cardio on a regular basis so my BF% sucks. Diet is okay but still needs improvement.

All in all I’m right where I deserve to be considering the amount of effort I put into it. I share my workout space with the cat litter box and as you can see the luandry room. It’s a bare bones set up but it works.

Okay, enough sniveling to get you guys to go easy on me lol.

I’m right around 180 and I’ll be 48 in a couple weeks. This pic is from awhile back but I look pretty much the same today. If my joints can stay intact over the winter I hope to add some size.
