Damn, awesome! How have I not heard these guys? That drumming is intense after the first minute…

This thread has been pissing excellence lately!

Not an official song, but damn impressive nonetheless for those who enjoy seeing drummers go at it.

Nice on that Severed Savior, too.[/quote]

Dusty really needs to come back to SS

bt, stick with the SS’s avatars SSC, they’re badass.

Agreed, definitely. They’re still so badass, though. I think they’ve probably grown to be my favorite band…

And don’t worry, I was planning on keeping this logo for as long as possible, haha. I may mix it up between this one and my old red/black one though.

I’m rather sure this has been posted, but…

Internal Suffering - Colossal Vortex

I don’t recall them being mentioned at all, but is anyone else on Unmerciful? They really surprised me when I heard them.

This should just be turned into the official metal thread.

Awesome stuff in here though!

I find I end up listening to more death styled metal in the summer, and black metal in the winter. Don’t ask me why, I just do.

Good shit.

Your avatar reminds me… I ordered a SS shirt a month and a half ago and still haven’t got it. I think I migh thave gotten ripped off… Then I am thinking I should change my avatar to Fleshgod’s logo…

Anyway

It’s probably because Black metal has that “cold” Norwegian feel to it. I know black metal bands really pride themselves on that.

“Industrial Death Metal” the drums are fanfuckingtastic!

the berzerker - false hope

the cancer

eye for an eye - “what i need is something so scary it’ll clear 300 square miles of every living christian soul” hahaha great intro

Behemoth - decade of therion

Behemoth - Chant For Eschaton - this one is catchy. i really like satanica.

Oops, somehow missed this post. Do you remember where you ordered your SS shirt from? I was thinking about ordering one, but the record company’s merchandising section that produces Severed Savior’s shit isn’t working, so I only had some shotty, ghetto-looking sites to choose from…

And I did finally get that Fleshgod album. Fucking good, definitely.

If anyone has ever seen a concert like this, you’re a liar:

And this one’s hilarious just because of the frontman’s haggard gear, (especially the Cannibal Ferox shirt, that’s fucking metal!)

Has anyone seen the line up for the Summer Slaughter Tour?.

It is going to be intense.

more death metal please!

high on fire - i like the vocals, and they’re pretty groovy.

return to nod

anyone else check out the berzerker links? i want some opinions because i’m curious. i fucking love their music.

a berzerker track came on a few reps into a one arm row set, my heart skipped a beat, some adrenaline dumped and i became extremely motivated

I use to have some Berzerker stuff, but it was honestly more as a novelty item than anything. I thought it was interesting because of the blast beat mania and excessively heavy music… But it’s just too close to noise for me to listen to for an prolonged period of time… or even more than a song or two. I just never found them to have much of a rhythm, haha.

But hey, what do I know, I know people who love their shit.

Berzerker… I haven’t listened to their newest yet, I think…
Their first album was kinda crappy, but you know, fun.

Their second was so-so, still a bit too random for me.

Their third had some pretty good songs imo, ( y, etc).

Still… Often the melodies are simply not great at all etc, oh well…
I wonder what the new one is like… Definitely going to get that one day.

Blood tsunami’s new album kicks ass. They are more of a thrash band. Here is a footage from 2007

I ordered it from uniqueleader.com, I got it yesterday and I don’t like it. The neck is way too big and the logo is some sort of outline in grey.

Wargore

And an oldie - Righteous Pigs

I love that one right there…

Jeff Loomis - Miles of Machines

headbangs to the souless wankery

i love the drummer they have now, todd hansen i think. as a layperson, i’d say he gives a drum machine a run for its money. i think he drums on animosity, and they have a brand new album out now, too. hmmm i think the drums make the music for me.
