Don’t feel bad man assuming a get a decent grade on my midterm i will end physics with an 80%. It is definitely an interesting subject but it requires you to look at things from all angles which im just not very good at.

Nice work going on in here. I started Cube today myself. You must have some crazy conditioning/endurance from all the wrestling you do, cuz I think I’d probably die if I tried to do that kind of volume/weight on my lower body days. Which probably means that should be my goal by the end of the cycle lol.

Yeah i’ve always had work capacity out the asshole even when I was untrained. I dont really mention it either but those first two movements, like the deadlift day for example, the pulls and block pulls are done from 550-630am then I practice 3-6 then come home and do assistance at like 9-930. everyone knows if you aint doing assistance in pajamas and addidas sandals youre not doing it right lmao
