  3. a 25lb Bumper plate and a 10lb bumper blate

  4. yes they suck. Its just such an odd position to get momentum going from for me when starting the lift. And locking out too

Alright so I skipped full body to recover to max out today

Was so beat that I missed a 205 bench, not even gonna fucking record it here

im going back into my log and pulling out the old Squat, Bench, RE Dead, RE Bench shit I used to do

Thats when I made all the progress and Im going back to it. Fucking sick of wrestling and not being able to eat like I want to and fucking running stairs for an hour a day and wrestling live for an hour. I just want to lift already and Im getting more than tired of it
