not squatting/pulling leaves me a lot of energy to bench and hammer chest/arms (my weak points) so hopefully bench will come up quick

Yeah usually sat around 215 but lack of money equals no food so 205 is where im at …

just some light rehab with 8x10 reverse hyper, squats with the bar and pulls, and leg extensions and leg curls today… maybe some real work next week if im 100%

Honestly at this point I know what works for me… Working up to a top set of a few exercises and either squat/pulls every week and busting balls then slamming bb assistance like a motherfucker makes me put on strength so fast so I dont know why I was even trying anything else
