Im currently fucking about doing powerbuilding work ( I guess that’s what its called) just waiting to get everything worked out as to what we’re gonna do.
Here’s squats from tonight not meet prep yet but it was a good one I love this style training its fun and im getting strong(er).

I walk a mile each way to be able to get to my gym and it was hard as fuck walking the hill back tonight to my dorm through town. But it was worth. How much will you give to train and win.
Good day. First day of meet prep numbers were really low as you can tell. Its a modified TM. Training Wednesday lighter than this even oy, but Fridays heavier so that’s good.

I only have 3 weeks laid out for me before we readjust #s and shit and reevaluate but we’re basically working to a % for AMRAP and readjusting from there. Right Now you can kind of see its volume, light, heavy just like Texas Method. The 3rd week instead of heavy itll be AMRAP. That’s as much as I know right now I trust my coach doing it so I’m just doing what I’m told and not analyzing anything.
