Went to a golds and got a sweet membership deal because I didn’t want to lift at 7am just because of the dumb ass athletes in the room where I can deadlift at school… so went checked out golds saw that theres legit people there (first time ive seen anyone squat 315 to depth other than in my basement srs) and I immediately signed up no enrollment and a student rate… you never know how awesome the feeling of using metal plates and hearing them hit the ground is until you’ve had to use rubber for few weeks
