Dealing with Glandular Fever

Hi guys(and gals),

I am 18 years old, have been training seriously for about 8 months. From summer to December I gained over a stone, with body fat going from approximately 9% to 13%. In December I got what I thought was a throat infection/cold. After two courses of antibiotics and it not going away, i decided to fuck it and carry on training properly, ending up absolutely on my feet at night and not being able to concentrate at school plus the sore throat of course.

In February I got a blood test and found out I had Glandular Fever, so have cut back on the training a bit since, but my health has not improved within the last 3/4 months! I have gained fat, and am losing the muscle I agonizingly built over the last year.

It is driving me crazy so, can any give me some advice on what to do diet/lifestyle wise to help me get better? I have heard B complex vitamins are good, as well as eating healthily (which I do anyway with leafy veg, fish etc).

Any help would be most appreciated! Thanks,
Tom
