Deadlifts/Squats Causing Extreme Light-Headedness

Hit deadlifts at 405 for 5x5 today, a huge improvement over last time I tried. Normally I’d be near passing out by the 3rd set. I tried the puff method and couldn’t quite figure it out but ill keep messing with it. I stuck with the same method I did for squats and did just fine though - will have to test it closer to my max, but this was still a tremendous improvement.

Breathing less to prevent passing out during deadlifts, because fuck me right? Lol thanks again everyone

Not mentioned here that’s made a big difference for me is to watch my caffeine intake. When I go heavy on the caffeine (which correlates with big heavy lifts) is when I start having issues.
