I want to squat, but I don’t have a squat rack, Don’t have time to go to the gym, and I don’t have room for a squat rack. I have school, then I work.
I’ve never deadlifted before, how much should I start out with? Does that routine look good?
Upper body is really what i’m going for, but I don’t want chicken legs.
