When deadlifting with chains, how do you attach the chains to the barbell? How do I know how much chain weight to use? Is there any rule of thumb for this?
Thanks for your help.

It’s kind of a pain in the ass.
I prefer reverse band DLs.
But if you’re using chain, try to connect it to the weight clamps and have the clamps near the end of the barbell.
I use the same weight I’d use for squatting, and I make sure that most of the chain is loaded up when it’s all the way off the ground.

Is this the best way to do it? Also, how much chain weight should I use?
