Deadlifting Arch

I just recently started deadlifting again due to an ankle injury and was wondering if anyone had any advice on any ways to keep your back arched while deadlifting? Thanks.

Some great acrticle on here about it but in general, Chest out upper back tight sit back not down nice strecth in the hams, stay on your heals fire First not by lifting with your back but fire those glute and drive the hips forward as you rise chest out and upper back tight, pull head back fire glutes and drive hips KEEP that head uop the body will follow the head, drive hips under you this will help keep that arch.

Other than that LOTS of practice, storng lower back hams, glutes, hit thise acc. moves as well as a strong set of abdominals and obliques hit them HEAVY.

Oh and dont JERK the bar to start it yes explde go fast but have tension on the bar and then FIRE!@!!

Check out article like percision pulling others by Cressey and Robertson, as well as Dave Tate.
