I would speculate that most people responding to this thread are either relatively strong or have relatively good deadlifts. I bet the average would be lower if more a representative (randomly chosen) sample was taken from T-Nation members. Just a thought.
506lbs @ 230 with a belt. I’ve replied already, but since then I’ve broken 500lbs, which has been my target since I started deadlifting (about a year and a half ago).

600 lb deadlift @ 240 lbs body weight in USAPL meet. My squat finally caught up last month when i hit 595 with just briefs, knee wraps, and belt. My bench still sucks ass…345 lbs raw last week. long arms rule for DL but suck for bench!! God i wanna get strong as shit! good lifting gang.

OK, so would you like me to help make the average slightly more realistic? 140kg at 96kg BW.
BTW I am 53, been lifting for 3 years.
175kg at body weight of 85kg
