The best I pulled was 585 @ 226 pounds - raw.
Currently I weigh 240 and I do sets with 475 - 525.
I hate deadlifts. They make me cry.

Very soon I’ll be shooting for:

555 @ 210 (w/ straps)

408 lbs at 150 lbs with straps.

375 lbs at 150 lbs without straps.

365 at 150lbs (but with straps)

405 at 172, raw, no belt

460 @ 190 lbs
420 raw
