490 @ 235 + belt

Just to put our results in perspective: Lamar Gant, 310.0kg (683.4lb) at 60.0kg bw.

True. But it will stop anyone from getting a big head.

About a week ago I pulled a PR 200kg @ bodyweight 73 kg. Lift was conventional style and done in weightlifting shoes without belt or wraps.

So 3xBW is just waiting to happen any day now…aiming for 4xBW next.

212.5kg at 64.3 kg in a meet. Gant is awesome

405lbs @ 200lbs (5’8" in height)
