Deadlift Max vs. Bodyweight

320lbs @ 187 according to the 1-rep calculator. I’ve never actually gone for a 1RM attempt.

Gee, I suck. Wait, or is it “shit”? At least it’s better than my squat. :-(
Ha! Just stumbled across this post from a year ago. Well, looks like I’ve improved. At the end of last year, after 12 weeks on a 5x5 program, my (calculated) 1RM went up to 405lbs @ 198 BW. I haven’t gone heavy since then, and am now around 375lbs @ 184.

WOW…exact same stats as me. High five!

420 @190lbs

425 @ 180 Raw. This is Roman Dead Lift, never done Sumo style.

155 @170 BW

N. Robinson is my brother and he can do 280 at 145 lbs and I did 450 at 175 at a meet in November if I did a meet now I could do 500 at 182 lbs

(The post I quoted was from exactly a year ago)
Hehe, owned!

Mine:
380# @ 210# BW

485 @ 210. 20yo

335lbs, at 5’9 160 lbs, 16 years old, only 5 months of lifting.

I can’t do it now but my best (one rep max) DL was 515 at about 187 lbs

330 @ 140

305kg (671lbs) at 126kg (277lbs) before knee surgery
now 120lbs at 264lbs

484 @ 210 belt and straps, age 14, natural

377 @ 190lbs. 24 years old. Only deadlifted on and off for the past 6 months.

505@225. People Questioning numbers really makes me wonder. Even personally ive witnessed a 170 pounds person dead 565, my training partner who is 175 deadlifts 405 and could deadlift 315 in high school at about 140. Our high school quarterback squatted 405 off a box at 17. If any thing i consider these numbers more the norm for anyone who trains consistantly…

well done.

275 @ 178

405 @ 195
I WILL get 500 within a year

Just to put our results in perspective: Lamar Gant, 310.0kg (683.4lb) at 60.0kg bw.
