Deadlift Form Check

Hi guys,

Just after a critique for my deadlift form. I’ve only just started to be able to deadlift consistently after a year of dealing with various lower back problems including SI joint dysfunction, anterior pelvic tilt and few other things. Due to this my deadlift is seriously lagging behind my squat (which is currently 185kg 1RM). I currently run 531 BBB for everything but deadlifts, as it’s so relatively week I’m just doing a more straight forward progression and just putting a extra 5kg each week (1x5) until it starts to stagnate and I’ll then switch that over the 531.

Currently, when and after deadlifting I get ache which is more like exhaustion than pain just above my glutes which then spreads to my lower back. I’m unsure if it’s a technical fault or just weakness due to not deadlifting consistently for so long. The attached video is 135kg (just one for the video).
