Yesterday I performed 5 sets of 5 in the deadlift, using Pavel´s tension techniques. I liked the workout but this morning I woke up with some muscle soreness in my behind. Is there anyway I can shift the emphasis on my but toward other muscles of the leg while deadlifting. I wouldn´t mind being built like Arnold, but I would mind being built like me (190 lbs at 6´2") with Arnold´s butt.
