for you 5/3/1 old guys (like me), this is fun in a sick sort of way. on one of your de-load days do this:
do a burpee (with push-up and jump of course or it’s not a burpee) every seven seconds, for twenty minutes.
if you have a gym boss (if you don’t have one, get one) set it for 7 seconds, and 7 seconds, 86 rounds. That will give you 20:04 total time.
have fun. after five minutes i thought my lungs and heart would explode, half way through i was pretty much delirious and dropping burpees. By the end i was totally wasted…can’t wait to do it again…
