Away for work today and tomorrow. I don’t have a travel gym yet (cancelled PF because it wasn’t convenient with the new company housing location), because I can’t ever get there in the middle of the day to sign up. Tomorrow will be the day!!
Fortunately we have a 35lb and 45lb KB at the house and I brought my band.

Decided after a long day to have a cheat meal for dinner. Went to a Mexican restaurant and had steak, veggies and rice. Also ate chips and guacamole. Felt amazing.

Awesome work in here Chris, it’s amazing to see everything you have accomplished this year. Doing this with 3 kids makes it all that much more impressive!
Didn’t eat until 5pm. Postmates now delivers to my house… so that’s dangerous. Wife and I had kids down for a late nap and we had RedRobin delivered. Still under for cals.

Feeling exhausted. Definitely could have slept at 5pm, and would have, if we didn’t have kids. Made coffee and powered through. It was actually a great night with the kids too. They started calling us mom/dad and ‘I love you’s were repeated.
Long ass day. Finally home. Today, after lunch, started a 30 hour fast. I’m going from noon to 6pm tomorrow. Then will have a carbless dinner. Saturday will be a normal day. I‘ve been reading and listening to Peter Atilla quite a bit and like the idea of fasting routinely.
No workout today. Got home and played with kids. Waaaay too exhausted to workout.
Have meant to weigh in here, really blown away by your choice to foster kids. That is phenomenal. I know that fostering doesn’t necessarily mean you get to adopt them, so I am hoping this works out for you. I have faith that it will.
Either way, this is a huge commitment you have made and I applaud you for it. I have two kids, 16 and 13, and I changed a lot of diapers. My only advice is to love them daily, and you seem to be doing that.

@The_Myth turning 30 next month and want to test hormones for a baseline before I get old. Thoughts on starting this? I was thinking one of those at-home tests that include more than just free test.
