18 hour work day yesterday and 14 on Wednesday. Im exhausted and feel hungover today. Plan is to get dinner and see End Game tonight. Probably won’t lift today. Then, I’ll try and hit cardio hard tomorrow. I’ve been losing a lb a week for last few weeks and need to keep up this pace.
Saturday
200 KB swings
20 pull-ups
50 OHP with 95lbs
Yard work… bought and planted two trees. Found a 150lb stump on the side of the road that my wife wanted. Picked it up and place in truck, then moved to proper location in yard. Also, had two 50lb bags of dirt on my shoulder before my lat cramped and I hear hugged it 200 yards from cashier to my truck. Ha. Fairly exhausted today.
Ate waaaay too much greens yesterday. Ha. Affected my weight a lot this morning. Woke at 205. But, I was 204 before dinner. Damn.
Sunday workout
Chest and tris, with 20 minutes of cardio
Work has been super busy. I was away for work Monday-this morning. I got home early this am. Kinda took today off work. Just caught up with an old client. Still been eating and training. Just haven’t had time to peruse the nation. Will be hitting legs tomorrow and have a baseball game on Sunday.

Yea, I mean and I’m not. Those photos posted out or order. That’s 3 days of meals. I skipped a lot of meals those three days.

I got workouts and cardio in. Also, worked 61 hours from M-TR.
I knew it was more than one day of food, but it still looks good. I think my brain is telling me that the plates are bigger than they really are. It’s probably just wishful thinking since I seem to be hungry most of the day.
Yea… it looks good. But I’m not eating a whole lot. Spend lots of time hungry.
Drank some scotch tonight, JWB and Hakushu.
Monday Morning
20 minutes of cardio
5 minutes of wearing weight vest and holding 40lb Kb in each hand.
I synced all my photos to my computer at work and don’t have breakfast or lunch on here. Breakfast was protein bar. Lunch was a Q’Doba salad with rice, chicken, fajitas and guacamole.
Dinner - couscous bowl, with shredded chicken, veggies and greens.
Night workout
Ran to garage and did AMRAP Pull-ups, 80lb row, 60lb row, 40lb row. Basically found an excuse to go to garage while doing dishes.
People who think they don’t have time to train are really missing out. Little sessions like these can go a long ways. Well done, sir!
Thanks man. I’m sure it only gets harder with kids. I’ve also got a voodoo floss band I use for pushups.
Tuesday
Hit the road early this morning. Snuck a back workout and 10 minutes of cardio in during lunch. Dinner and breakfast were the same protein bar.
Whenever I find myself saying, “ I don’t have time”. It try saying, “it’s not a priority” instead. Usually lights the fire to get it done.
This is, word for word, a conversation I had with a colleague last night. His daughters 6 months old and he believes he doesn’t have time, which stresses him out. Like he’s somehow doing something wrong by not finding time when in reality, he just has things that are more iimportant for him to do.
