In addition to this, taking care of yourself should be a priority for your kids. We need to teach them healthy habits and coping mechanisms (burning off stress).
Taking an hour or two for yourself a few days a week might add years to your life. Which do you think your kids would prefer?
Morning chest workout and 20 minutes treadmill. Also, I caught 6 innings and pitched one. Below is food. Minus 3 deviled eggs for dinner and 2oz of Japanese whisky. Went out to celebrate a new project and completion of another with a colleague. Kept it to one @robstein
Saturday workout
Was pretty damn sore today all over. Decided to mix it up a bit. I did the CrossFit workout, Grace with 95lbs. I completed in just under 3:00. Then I did 100 curls with axle bar. My forearms got lit up at rep 61 and had to set it down. Then cranked out the final 39.
Despite telling my wife I’m only eat veggies, she made me three pork tacos. I wasn’t about to pass them up and hear about it. Plate of broccoli unpictured, but it was a lot. Ha
Monday
I got a workout in, I think legs, but don’t really recall. ha
Tuesday
Left for my weekly work trip. Got a back workout in and 20 for cardio before an alarming email cam that caused me to leave so that I could address it. 9pm, computer open, back to work.
Weight has stayed right at 204. Kinda pissing me off, although, I took two massive shits late this morning with only a protein bar in me, so I’m hoping I’m actually under 204. ha I sure feel leaner.
Breakfast and lunch was protein bar, dinner was steak, rice and corn. I’ll post shortly.
No morning workout today. Had to get my oil changed instead and couldn’t do it tomorrow.
I’ve got a baseball game tonight, so not sure how to get one in today. Might be able to sneak away at lunch, but not terribly optimistic about it. I also have a cryo appt. tomorrow. Pretty stoked to burn 800 calories in 3 minutes. Lmao!!
Ran absolutely ragged since 715am today. Meetings, meetings meetings, baseball.
I caught 7 innings, played one in the field, then pitched the final inning. Felt so good. Threw one runner out on a drop third strike, ran to backstop, spun and hucked it in time. Then caught another guy stealing second. Pitching, I struck out 2 of 3 batters.
Breakfast was protein bar
Lunch was below breakfast burrito
Dinner was non existent. Somehow I forgot between work and baseball I might try and find a protein bar cause I’m fainting OR I might just take a negative on calories.
You’re like 99.9% of the way to 6-pack status dude. You’ve been awesome with the accountability here. You look at yourself every day, so don’t forget to look back and check the pictures from when you started this cut. I see a world of difference.
What a fucking day. It was ideal in that I had back to back meetings, from 8-7 where I just showed up and gave my comments/recommendations and went to the next. The sad thing is I had to cancel my cryo appt.
I got a morning workout of a ton of KB swings. Had 15 minutes to get work done, before leaving for work.
Breakfast was a protein bar 330cals (life saver), lunch my wife brought ~700cals and dinner, probably over did. Although, I’d be surprised if it was more than 1,000-1,200. Did 3x50kb swings with 60lber right before bed.
