DC Training?

Could someone hook me up with an article explaining exactly what this is.

intensemuscle.com plus there is a whole thread on here about dc training.

Start with the link, then maybe go over to intense muscle.

If you go over there do not post unless you want to be flamed off that board.

For some reason, they hate newbies. I have been a member over there for around 2-3 years, but I don’t think I have ever posted.

Ok thanks for the link, does anyone also have a link to a Bill Starr 5x5 article?

Oh come on they don’t hate newbies haha. It’s just asked that some level of knowledge is brought before asking the same questions(ie what is rest pause?) that have been seen 20,000 times before. I’m going to get you and Tirib to post over there one day.

Howie, my NWO brother, google the 5x5 and go with that and save DC for a later date.

Good call Scott, ill see what google has for me

NWO 4 lyphe

Scott beat me to it.

Fall in love with 5x5, forget about DC for a while.

No such article as you mentioned exists.

Well since you guys are here, I checked out the 5x5 and it looks pretty interesting, but how do these look for my assisstance lifts

Day 1
dips 3x8
chins 3x8

Day 3
bb curls 3x8
tricep extensions 3x8

maybe some side raises and shrugs on Day 2
